Job Description This individual will consult with our stakeholders on their business workflow needs and be responsible for the delivery of the application built upon the Salesforce platform. They will consult, design, document requirements, work with development to build, test, and deliver, including support, training, and communications. They will be responsible for the business relationship, roadmap, and execution of ongoing business needs for assigned business lines. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of Product Analyst/Product Owner experience working with preferred Salesforce OR other Enterprise CRM applications – Will need to learn how a custom tool is built on Salesforce application. • Experience writing stories, building requirements, creating road maps, testing, and working with developers and the business daily.
