This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You'll Do:** + Provide thought leadership and developing customized change management strategies + Identify risks and challenges and work with leadership, managers, and impacted stakeholders to mitigate risks, identify change barriers, and develop strategies to remediate change resistance + Employ proven methodologies and standard processes to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are embedded in program(s) and project(s) + Build detailed communication strategies and plans + Craft presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials + Develop relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change + Lead project teams to optimally deliver client-facing projects + Conduct research and ensuring accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis + Develop strategic recommendations and building consensus with senior leaders + Understand and adapt to the client culture, standards, and acumen in project delivery and materials + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. The minimum salary for the Consulting Manager - Workplace Change Management position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
