Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Jakarta office:
Consulting Manager, Career Services
We will count on you to:
Leverage expertise and thought leadership to deliver significant change for Mercer’s clients, working on a wide range of HR related project
Build trusted advisory relationships with client senior management, including HR Directors, CEOs and other relevant stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the Mercer project team and the client. Participate in meetings with clients, including fact-finding interviews and presentations. Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are in place.
Understand talent management trends, pay practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace.
Deliver / provide support in delivery of broad-based rewards projects across domains in job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, performance management, etc.
Research public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyze client data.
What you need to have:
Relevant HR consulting and/or corporate HR experience, broad-based rewards experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
