Program Duration: This internship is a 12-month program starting 1 April 2026.

Eligibility: This internship is open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months.

About the Role

As a Consulting Intern in OFSS, you will support the team with technical analysis, solution preparation, and product behaviour validation across FLEXCUBE and related banking modules. This role is ideal for a technically strong graduate who wants to learn how core banking systems are configured, tested, and positioned for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with analysing and validating FLEXCUBE module behaviour (CASA, Payments, Loans, Customer, etc.). Support consultants by simulating test scenarios, reviewing logs, and documenting issues or expected behaviour. Help with basic configuration tasks, environment checks, and version comparison under guidance. Contribute to technical inputs for proposals, demos, and solution documents. Assist in reviewing interface mappings and understanding integrations (ATM/POS, clearing systems, payment gateways). Capture notes and support documentation during customer workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT activities. Participate in OFSS/FLEXCUBE training to build product and banking process knowledge.
