Join the global Customer Experience team driving excellence and focused on delivering high-quality technical support, critical business services, network deployment, device management, and automation solutions. It serves a broad and diverse client portfolio including education, healthcare, government, IT, and consulting, working in close alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values to provide strategic, client-oriented experiences. 

Your Impact 

As a Consulting Engineer Trainee, you will dive deep into networking technologies, understanding how Cisco and other industry-leading products work. You will work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical solutions, troubleshoot complex customer problems, and contribute to meaningful projects. Through hands-on training, you’ll build critical skills — both technical (network protocols, switching, firewalls, automation) and professional (communication, problem-solving, client engagement) — preparing you for a future engineering role in IT. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Must have graduated in 2025 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate. 

Must be available for a period of 12 months starting January 2025. 

Must have good communication skills, passion for technology and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team. 

Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS. 

Preferred Qualifications 

You should have Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in any stream with no active backlogs. 

Basic Knowledge of MS office tools 

Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, 

proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
