What the day will look like
+ Client Advisory & Relationship Management
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
+ Lead strategic conversations with clients to identify opportunities for advisory services beyond data products, including total rewards, incentive design, and organizational benchmarking.
+ Facilitate client workshops and webinars to share market trends and best practices.
+ Project Leadership & Delivery
+ Independently manage end-to-end delivery of advisory and data projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting.
+ Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
+ Develop project plans and manage modules with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
+ Draft and present proposals, reports, and presentations that reflect deep industry knowledge and client-specific recommendations.
+ Market trends
+ Stay current on financial services industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform consulting approaches
+ Data Analysis & Solution Design
+ Lead the design and delivery of bespoke solutions, including incentive compensation analysis, salary structure design, and regulatory reviews.
+ Review compensation data and convert them to clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
+ Team Collaboration & Mentorship
+ Guide junior colleagues in project execution and methodology.
+ Share expertise across the Talent Solutions team to foster continuous learning and innovation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ 7–8 years of experience in human resources consulting, compensation survey management, or client advisory roles, preferably within Financial Services.
+ Proven ability to lead projects independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (macros preferred), PowerPoint, and Word
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Experience in drafting RFPs and contributing to cross-practice proposals is an advantage.
