Consultant - Psychometric Assessments

Role: Consultant - Psychometric Assessments

Location: Gurgaon

Functional Area: Consulting (Psychometric Assessments)

Education Qualification: Post Graduate/ PhD in Psychology

Experience: 3 years+ exp. in Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the sales team for the business meets for psychometric assessments discussions in the respective regions. This includes: -

Able to handle CXO level conversations

Understanding and analyzing the client requirements

Engaging the client with a solution-focused approach

Enabling the client with a suitable solution

Independently handle psychometric assessment deliveries including Assessment Development centres

Ensure proper client delivery

Ensure proper reporting

Manage team output to be able to service client requirements in the best fashion

Train the team on new trends if required

Up to date and well-verse with current trends and psychometric test creation process, all technical terminology, etc. Should be able to support the psychometric research team whenever need be with the product development and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Should be a post-graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior). PhD is an added edge. At least 5-8 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting Excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, computer skills, analytical ability, customer centricity; Conversant in local language is an advantage Should be willing to do development and enhancement work whenever required.
