What you need to have:
Master's degree and around 3 years of experience Programming skills in VBA, R or PythonClear written and verbal communication in EnglishExperience working with and understanding dependencies in structured and unstructured databases, conducting regression analyses Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to identify small errors and their causes, manage many schedules and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients Ability to work with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many projects at onceWhat makes you stand out:
Degree in quantitative fields, such as statistics, business analytics, economics or I-O psychology Compensation & benefits experience or consulting experience Ability to explain complex statistical concepts and technical findings to non-technical audiences and participate effectively in a client facing setting with varied interactions, requests, and diverse countries and culturesIf you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV in English.
