We are looking for a Consultant to join our Industrial, Logistics & Land team, based in our Porto office

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute leasing instructions for industrial real estate assets

Monitor and support purchase and sale processes

Assist in the analysis and evaluation of real estate assets

Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in RE, preferably within industrial, logistics or land assetsStrong analytical and financial skills, including market and asset analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT, CRM knowledge is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and Portugueses (additional language is a plus)Ability to prepare, structure and present commercial proposals and client presentationsStrong team player with the ability to work autonomouslyBased in Porto
