Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Advisory+ team is growing, and we’re looking for new team members with an interest in property or infrastructure advisory to join our dynamic team. Advisory+ is a newly established business across APAC, designed to deliver advanced advisory services that address complex infrastructure projects. These go beyond traditional commercial real estate to tackle the broader economic, social, financial, and commercial challenges faced by our clients. We work across diverse sectors including private, social, and government infrastructure—covering traditional real estate, sports, education, affordable housing, justice, transport, urban precincts and mixed-use development. We are proud of the impact that we have on the built environment and are looking for motivated staff that align with our values.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support project teams in delivering evidence-based solutions to complex problems, providing clients with strategic, data-driven recommendations.

Utilise analytical methods to assess issues, provide recommendations, and ensure solutions are delivered within time-sensitive environments.

Draft and develop high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and proposals, including infographics and pitch materials.

Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and supporting their career growth while promoting a positive work-life balance.

Deliver value-for-money recommendations, specifically related to property and built environment development strategies for both private and government clients.

Ensure high-quality, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, managing project deliverables and ensuring they meet professional standards.

About You:

You have a strong work ethic, can pick up new concepts quickly and have a passion for continuous learning and development.

You have experience or a strong interest in property, infrastructure, economics and the built environment. Experience in either financial modelling, feasibility studies, business case development, valuations, or other property-related skills will also be highly regarded.

You are open to a diverse range of work tasks and subject matters. Working in our team your projects may range from undertaking feasibility studies for state significant projects, supporting community housing providers win funding through intelligent bid support, writing business cases that secure funding for projects that deliver important infrastructure to improve cities and peoples’ lives.... and much more.
