Job Description

As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients, senior consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams, contributing directly to workplace strategy and transformation engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Client-facing work: partnering with clients to define workplace objectives and develop tailored, human-centered workplace strategies

· Insight generation: synthesizing data from surveys, utilization studies, qualitative research, and market trends to identify key strategic insights and opportunities for improvement

· Strategic storytelling: developing compelling strategic narratives and presentations that clearly articulate the Why and How behind recommendations for C-level stakeholders

· Stakeholder engagement: supporting the mapping, engagement, and management of key stakeholder groups, including HR, leadership teams, and employees

· Change communication: supporting the creation and delivery of communication plans and content to enable adoption of new work models (e.g. training briefs, presentations, infographics)

· Workshop facilitation: supporting logistics and actively co-leading workshops such as design thinking sessions, user interviews, and focus groups

· Service & Experience design: supporting the mapping of the Employee Journeys and conducting qualitative user research to understand user needs and pain points

The Ideal Candidate | Requirements

· At least 2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in consulting, strategy, research, design, HR, communications, or related fields

· We value diverse backgrounds, especially those focused on human behavior, organizations, and communication, including:

Organizational or Environmental Psychology, Sociology, Service Design, HR, Communications & PR

Design Management, UX Research, Project Management, Linguistics / Philology, Architecture

…or any other background.

· Languages: fluent Polish and excellent professional English

· Desired Asset: German (B2 or higher)
