**Job Description:** Level: E2 or E3 Location: India Start Date: ASAP Short Description: agile, scrum, weekly coming to SAP office, collaborate, team player, very good communication The PMO is required to have a minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and about 2-5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT transition/handover projects, ideally within a managed services environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget will be beneficial. The PMO must show proficiency in a range of skills including, but not limited to: • Project Management Expertise: o Proven proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and their practical application o Expertise in using project management tools for planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting • Technical Proficiency: o Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery models. o Familiarity with different transition approaches and methodologies. • Communication & Leadership: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences o Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide distributed teams, manage conflicts, and drive consensus o Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions. • Customer Focus: o Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships. **Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!** **We transform.
