What You’ll Be Doing

The Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Third Party Governance Office (TPGO) by managing various administrative tasks and processes. This position involves handling intake submissions, facilitating supplier onboarding, and ensuring compliance with internal processes related to Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRAs) and other operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

How You’ll Succeed

Relationship Building -  You will respond to client's inquires and requests, providing professional high quality customer service and training to ensure client satisfaction. You will liaise and interact with clients as part of the daily management of your portfolio.

Administration & Analytical Thinking- You will develop and deliver ad-hoc and regular reporting to the leadership team in order to support executive level decisions.

Business Acumen – You understand procurement, and the risk of engaging third and fourth parties who support CIBC’s ambitions to help our clients, employees, communities and shareholders achieve theirs.

Leveraging Technology -You will utilize existing technology and investigate new technology to streamline our approach to managing our risk assessment process while enabling the business and protecting the bank.

Who You Are

You can demonstrate experience in conducting risk assessments and analyzing data. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Power Automate, MS Lists, MS Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential. Experience with Tableau, Coupa, and Archer is considered an asset.
