Job Title: Consultant, Architecture
The Consultant, Architecture is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and effective ERP solutions. Take ownership of the solution from first contact until transition to support. Act as a trusted advisor to the Business throughout the relationship. Collaborating with functional Team and developers, analyzing systems, and recommending improvements. staying current with emerging trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Specs Reviews with Functional/Business Users.Participate in Business Requirement and Technical Design discussionsTechnical Specs Design, providing the detailed technical architecture for delivering the business requirement.Participate in meetings presenting solutions and capabilityActive participation and consulting leader within the Global ERP communityParticipating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilizationDefine ERP technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development, and testing phasesBe a subject matter expert for ERP and industry related topicsConduct training for regional resourcesWork with ERP Development team and area/regional solution teams and ensuring the development meets the Technical DesignUnderstand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activitiesEscalate learnings, challenges, and feedback from UsersQualifications:
Engineering Graduate / Master’s in computer science/ MCADesired E1 Toolset:BSSV,RTE, JDE Orchestration, UDO’s,UBE, Applications including Power Forms, BI Publisher, BSFNs (C, NER), Table triggers, TCs, Workflow.8-12 years of experience using Enterprise One development tools, Enterprise Report WriterExperience working on 8.12 or higher releasesProficiency in C, SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requestsGood team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing prioritiesMust have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
