As a Consultant – Client Success Transformation, your expertise will help our clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success.Transformation Consultants work proactively with clients, Sales, Technology, Product and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like iX Products, Smart Assist, Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Consultant, CS Transformation working from home, you will:
Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps. Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth. Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping.Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during the business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements. Work closely with Product, Project Management, IT, Delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.Creating a culture of Problem SolvingIdentify new technologies and solutions which can help us improve CNX &/ our client’s business processes.Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs.Monitor and optimize performance and utilization of the deployments and drive savings / benefits from the projects deliveredDeliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferredBusiness Process Modelling experience in some form (SIPOC, FMEA, Process Mapping)Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channelsStrong experience in 1 or 2 industries/domains verticals like Automotive; BFSI; Consumer Electronics; Energy and Public Sector; Healthcare Services; Insurance, Media & Communications; Retail & eCommerce; Technology; and Travel, Transportation & TourismSolution Design exposureTransformation / Process Re-engineering knowledge (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean / Six Sigma)Strong understanding / keen interest in the world of AI and Generative AIExpertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design DocumentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills - EnglishExcellent Presentation and Use case story boarding skillsVery strong internal and external stakeholder management at the leadership levelAbility to work with cross functional teamsWillingness to work a flexible scheduleWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

The base salary range for this position is $94,700.00- $118,300.00 CAN, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
