Construction Worker - 1st Shift

Overview

We’re looking for motivated, hands‑on individuals to join our team! You’ll play a key role in building trailers from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys construction, working with tools, and being part of a fast‑paced production environment.

You don't need years of experience—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and comfort using basic hand and power tools. We provide training, and once you’re up to speed, you’ll be able to work independently and contribute to efficient daily production. The typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday on 1st shift with overtime available. What You'll Do

Assemble and build modular trailers following established processes and blueprintsPerform repetitive installation tasks with precision and consistencyUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyWork in a fast‑paced production environment focused on quality and efficiencyFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Essential Skills

Construction or carpentry experienceFraming knowledge is a plusComfortable using hand & power toolsAbility to read and follow basic blueprintsOSHA 10 or other safety training is a plusStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work independently once trainedPositive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
