Job Description
This role involves working around the landfill performing laborer duties such as moving material, checking and changing pumps, digging, inspecting, and using basic hand tools.
ResponsibilitiesMove materials and perform general labor tasks around the landfill.Check and change pumps as needed.Dig and inspect areas as required.Utilize basic hand tools effectively.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of general laborer experience.Proficiency in using hand tools.Experience in yard work, construction, heavy equipment operation, farming, landfill, or waste removal.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working outside in various weather conditions.Background in construction, farming, or manual labor.Willingness to perform laborer duties as required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work outdoors 100% of the time in a landfill environment, which can be dirty and odorous. The schedule alternates between Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday every two months, with occasional weekend work required. Contractors must be open to overtime, working 40-60 hours per week. Weekend shifts rotate between Saturdays and Sundays, and while weekend work is generally voluntary, a sign-up sheet is available to fill shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
