**Job Title: Construction Renovation Technician** Job Description Join our team as a Renovation Technician, where you will collaborate with a partner to renovate vacant apartments. This role involves basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs. Responsibilities + Perform basic plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets and shower heads. + Conduct basic electrical work including the installation of ceiling fans. + Carry out carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings. + Patch holes and occasionally replace sections of drywall. Essential Skills + Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential. Work Environment The job sites are located in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange. You will be working in a team environment, ensuring the renovation of apartments is completed efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange County, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
