We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to install and maintain plumbing, electrical work, framing, and painting. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, ensuring all facilities are kept in optimal condition.
ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, and framing.Perform routine maintenance and repairs including electrical systems (lighting, outlets, switches) and plumbing fixtures and piping.Conduct painting and surface preparation, drywall patching and installation.Execute carpentry tasks such as doors, frames, and cabinetry.Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently.Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition.Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related trades.Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsElectrical Certification is a plus.Must have a clean DMV record.Why Work Here?Join a supportive team that values collaboration and excellence.
