Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Construction Technicians to join our team for immediate placement on both local and traveling projects. The role involves performing structural and repair work on commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for moving materials onsite, cleaning up the site, and assisting carpenters, framers, and other skilled workers.
Responsibilities
Perform structural work and repairs on commercial construction sites.Move materials onsite and maintain a clean work environment.Assist carpenters, framers, and skilled workers with tasks such as formwork, concrete pouring, rebar installation, and concrete finishing.Engage in demolition work and utilize tools such as jackhammers.Essential Skills
At least 1 year of commercial construction experience or relevant experience in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor environments.Experience on larger construction sites and familiarity with site safety protocols.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work involves traveling after local projects are completed, with potential travel periods of up to three weeks. Projects are located across Colorado, including Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver. Employees will receive a per diem of $45 per day for non-resort towns and $50 for resort towns, with company-paid lodging for sites 70 miles or more from the shop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
