**Aerotek's client is looking for Construction Laborers to join their team in the Baltimore, MD area** We are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our team in Rosedale, Maryland. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in setting up job sites, digging trenches, filling holes, assisting operators, pipelayers, and foremen, and ensuring the cleanliness of job sites. **Responsibilities** + Set up the job site efficiently and safely. + Dig trenches and fill holes as required. + Assist operators, pipelayers, and foremen in daily tasks. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in trench digging. + Proficiency in concrete labor and site development. + Experience with underground utilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any outdoor construction labor experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** + We offer a backlog of projects extending through 2025, ensuring stable work opportunities.
