We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to support large-scale projects, including a hospital build and a bank headquarters in Lebanon, Indiana. The role involves leading projects from start to finish, with a focus on commercial and educational buildings. Projects include ground-up builds, additions, and renovations such as school projects, water treatment facilities, and fitness centers. The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally to cover national projects.
ResponsibilitiesCreate the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager.Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with regulations.Maintain and review all project documentation.Ensure project oversight and quality control.Communicate effectively with trades, subcontractors, clients, and owners.Manage project materials and resources efficiently.Essential Skills10+ years of experience in commercial construction.10+ years as a superintendent on ground-up projects.Lead superintendent on at least 5 projects.Experience with projects valued at over $10 million.Willingness to travel to Lafayette, IN for a year or more.Experience in client-facing roles and effective communication.Proficiency with Procore.Experience in creating construction schedules.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to travel nationwide for up to 2 weeks to cover projects.Healthcare construction project experience.CHC certification.K-12 construction experience.Degree in Construction Management.Experience with Microsoft Project.Water and wastewater project experience.Background in carpentry.Work EnvironmentThe role requires on-site presence with a schedule of 40-50 hours per week, depending on the season and project demands. Work weeks may include 5 days of 10-hour shifts during busy periods. Benefits include immediate start after hire, weekly salary payment, phone reimbursement, vehicle reimbursement, and travel expense coverage. A company-provided laptop or tablet is included.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $165000.00/hr.
