The Superintendent will be fully responsible for overseeing all onsite operations for assigned construction projects from groundbreaking through final turnover. This role ensures adherence to safety, schedule, quality, and compliance standards. The Superintendent manages all day-to-day field operations, coordinates subcontractors, interacts with design partners, and ensures the project progresses according to plan.
ResponsibilitiesLead onsite operations and maintain positive team morale.Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project plans.Manage daily site activities including safety, scheduling, and logistics.Oversee quality, productivity, and completion of subcontractor work.Maintain daily reports with photos and communicate issues promptly.Support project schedule with 3-week lookahead planning.Serve as primary onsite contact for project teams and design partners.Enforce safety standards and maintain jobsite cleanliness.Essential Skills5+ years as a commercial, industrial, or multi-family superintendent focused on ground-up projects.Advanced knowledge of full construction lifecycle and site supervision.Strong understanding of site work, foundations, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Ability to manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety.Strong working knowledge of construction documents and project sequencing.Project scheduling.OSHA 30 certification.Commitment to safety.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with multifamily or large commercial/industrial projects.Strong conflict-resolution abilities with proven problem-solving skills.Familiarity with building envelope integrity and quality control processes.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time on-site role at active construction projects. The position requires daily interaction with subcontractors, laborers, architects, engineers, and project management. The candidate must maintain a visible leadership presence on the jobsite. It is a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, communication, and real-time issue resolution.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
