\n\t\t\t\t\t• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or residential construction\n• Proven track record managing complex builds (hospital, hospitality, or venue experience preferred)\n• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards\n• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\n• Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools\n• OSHA certification and familiarity with LEED practices a plus\n\n• Oversee daily site operations for new construction and renovation projects\n• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely delivery\n• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site\n• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards\n• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively\n• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers\n• Maintain detailed documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections\n• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
