Construction Site Coordinator
Job Description Seeking a Construction Site Coordinator for a large utility customer. The Construction Site Coordinator serves as the on-site representative for the company at various utility construction locations, including communication towers, substations, and related facilities. This role involves overseeing work progress, ensuring compliance with project standards, and acting as the primary liaison between the company and contractors/vendors. Responsibilities include granting site access, monitoring activities, providing support, and offering strategic input or recommendations as needed. The position requires frequent travel across the designated market and a strong ability to maintain clear communication and coordination in the field. This position can pay $40/hr. Skills and Requirements 2–5 years of experience in utility construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related field. Strong understanding of construction practices, site safety, and field operations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions in the field. Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned market/region. Proficiency with basic reporting tools (Microsoft Office, mobile apps, daily logs, etc.). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience working with communication towers, substations, or utility infrastructure. Familiarity with vendor/contractor management. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within the utility or telecom industry. Technical background in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
