Description
Implement and Sustain Safety Programs: Serve as the key technical resource for safety programs across field construction sites, including hotels and site refurbishments/upgrades.
Conduct Risk Assessments and Investigations: Perform risk assessments, develop safety plans, and conduct investigations and technical evaluations to ensure compliance and safety.
Manage 3rd Party Vendors: Oversee and coordinate with general contractors and third-party vendors to maintain safety standards and protocols.
Communicate Safety Concerns: Partner with Safety Services Members to effectively communicate safety concerns, issues, and best practices to leadership and team members.
Adapt to Changing Priorities: Demonstrate excellent time management and flexibility to modify schedules during the workday to accommodate changing priorities and ensure safety compliance.
