**Job Title: Construction Project Manager/Superintendent** Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Burbank, CA, and involves managing and overseeing the reconstruction phase of residential and commercial restoration projects. Responsibilities + Manage reconstruction projects from post-restoration through completion. + Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project progress. + Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with scope. + Maintain strong communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters. + Resolve issues on-site and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline. + Document project progress, updates, and changes using company systems. + Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable building codes. + Collaborate with internal teams including estimators, technicians, and office staff. + Participate in on-call rotation for emergency site visits or urgent project needs. Essential Skills + Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. + Proven experience in residential remodeling and commercial tenant improvement. + Valid driver’s license. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency with project management tools and mobile documentation. + Ability to read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.
