Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from bid through completion. This role requires leadership, client-facing communication, and hands-on estimating expertise.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle Lead project teams and provide direction on construction methods and problem-solving Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce safety policies daily Review bid documents, drawings, and specs to prepare accurate estimates Calculate material quantities, labor hours, and cost components for proposals Use historical project data to improve cost accuracy and ensure competitiveness Support negotiations, change orders, and client presentations Represent the company to build relationships and pursue new opportunitiesQualifications
4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred 3+ years of project management and estimating experience required Proven background in commercial or facility construction projects Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, and estimating principles Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore, Autodesk Build, HH2, and Sage/Timberline a plusWhy This Is a Great Opportunity
