We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered with precision, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all project activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, customers, design teams, and engineering groups.Monitor project financials, oversee subcontract and contract administration, and prepare regular cost reports.Develop and manage project schedules to maintain alignment with planned milestones.Procure materials and equipment, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and compliance with specifications.Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, clearly defining scope and responsibilities.Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices and payment applications.Issue and manage change orders, securing timely pricing and documentation.Collaborate with design and engineering managers to ensure projects meet technical standards and operational guidelines.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including red files, progress reports, schedules, billings, and status updates.Submit verbal and written project updates to internal leadership.Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance with project scope.Participate in estimating and proposal development for new project pursuits.Uphold jobsite safety and quality programs to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.Essential Skills & Experience10–15 years of experience in construction management.7–10 years managing large industrial construction projects.Proven experience serving as the lead Project Manager on complex construction initiatives.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.Highly energetic, self‑driven, and committed to collaboration and continuous professional growth.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a large, centrally located office with opportunities for nationwide advancement.
