Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in managing large commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reading architectural drawings and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with quality, schedule, and budget. This role includes reviewing drawings, coordinating with general contractors and field teams, managing material orders, and supporting internal shop drawing development. You will join a collaborative team with a relaxed office environment, flexible scheduling, and exposure to unique commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ranging from $5K repair scopes to $5–8M commercial projects.Review drawings, specifications, and architectural details to ensure project scope alignment.Conduct material takeoffs and prepare material orders.Evaluate drawing changes and determine scope impacts.Price and submit change orders after the initial ramp-up period.Coordinate closely with general contractors, superintendents, field foremen, and internal teams.Conduct site visits 1–2 times per week to monitor progress and resolve issues.Participate in weekly project management meetings to review project status.Use Bluebeam for drawing review and markups.Work within custom Excel-based spreadsheetsSupport internal shop drawing development and ensure alignment with architectural drawings.Maintain daily communication with field teams and office staff, providing reports, documentation, and project updates as needed.

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Experience working with commercial general contractors.Background in Division 10 trades.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Metal panel experience is beneficial but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
