We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee capital improvement projects across our real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

What You'll DoDevelop project scopes and schedules.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Coordinate contractors, inspections, and approvals.Monitor project progress and ensure efficiency.Authorize contract payments and maintain project records.Identify and recommend new capital improvement opportunities.Handle administrative tasks like contracts, change orders, and reports.What We're Looking ForStrong communication skills (verbal & written).Excellent organization & time management-you'll juggle multiple projects.Ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues, contractors, and inspectors.Self-motivation & decision-making skills-you'll work independently while keeping customers' best interests in mind.Requirements

Valid NC Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred). Candidates with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience: Construction supervision, cost estimating, and project oversight.
Knowledge: Asbestos and lead-based paint abatement is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365 is preferred.
Bonus: Multilingual skills are a plus!
