Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedProject Managerto oversee restoration and construction projects. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-construction meetings and final walk-throughsProvide daily project updates and maintain client communicationSchedule subcontractors and material deliveriesEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and local codesDocument project activities in internal systemsExecute change orders and manage scope adjustmentsMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionsEvaluate subcontractor and vendor performanceIdentify and manage work outside contracted scopeSupport and perform duties of the Construction Coordinator as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in general labor, construction, carpentry, remediation, and demolitionStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic math proficiencyAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistanceComfortable with physical activity including walking, standing, climbing, and drivingPreferred: Experience in restoration and/or constructionWhy This Role?Opportunity for overtimeCareer growth into case management or advanced project managementJoin a team that values development and internal promotion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
