**About the Role**
The Project Cost Analyst provides administrative support tothe project management team. This includes documentation preparation,escalation for commitment, financial modeling, financial reconciliations, andreporting. Financial administration also includes cost forecasting, projecttracking, vendor invoice coordination and follow-up with project managersregarding administration, and financial issues on projects.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of facility construction projects from initiation throughcompletion. **Role offers 3/2 hybrid schedule at our client location inZebulon, NC.**
**What You’ll Do**
Develop, produce, and deliver monthly financial activityand cost forecasting reports for several projects managed by various projectmanagers.
Provide data to a master capital forecasting tool andsupports the customer’s capital forecasting and reporting requirements.
Process invoices and invoice reconciliation for design andconstruction service projects.
Coordinate with client organization to ensure accuratetransition of financial data as projects are closed.
Track spending and communicates the financial status andforecasts of design and construction projects.
Develop purchase requisitions for design and constructionprojects.
Act as a point of contact with internal customers,contractors, vendors and consultants on financial matters and invoicing.
Develop ad hoc capital project analysis and project updatereports on an as needed basis.
Provide financial administration support to ProjectManagers.
Assist project managers in capital project budgetmanagement and financial close out of projects.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and processimprovement initiatives.
**What You’ll Need**
Applicants must becurrently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visasponsorship now or in the future
+ Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in financial analysis and basic financial modeling
+ Proficiency in _MicrosoftOffice Suite_ with strong MS Excel skills for spreadsheet development,management, modification, and analysis. Experiencewith SAP is a plus.
+ Basicunderstanding of construction projects life cycle, processes, and practices
+ Ability to calculatedifficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Financial Ops Specialist position is $44,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Financial Ops Specialist position is $48,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
