Construction Project Coordinator (Onsite – Albany, NY)We are seeking an onsite Construction Project Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of equipment and temporary services on a large project site in the Albany, NY area. This position plays a central role in equipment rental operations, vendor coordination, scheduling, customer support, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
What You’ll Do• Execute and support a large-scale, onsite equipment rental program serving all trade partners
• Support daily operations including purchasing, fleet and inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for equipment and temporary services
• Partner with teams onsite to recommend solutions that best meet their equipment/service needs
• Prepare and support equipment and service bid packages
• Provide trade partners and vendors with pricing, availability, and technical details
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, inventory, service, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain documentation for equipment location, maintenance, repairs, and warranty
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
• Assist in contract review and coordination with internal and external partners
• Participate in safety initiatives and training activities
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

• Or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.09 - $47.60/hr.
