Job Description We are seeking a seasoned project superintendent with robust computer and communication skills to fulfill project management duties. Our project sizes benefit from the effectiveness of a dual-role approach, combining responsibilities for both superintendent and project manager. Responsibilities + Bid, negotiate, and assign subcontracts. + Collaborate with the project coordinator on procurement. + Manage job site progress with subcontractors and inspectors. + Communicate effectively with clients. + Oversee JTL workforce management. + Conduct punch out and project closeout processes..
