**Installer (Commercial Construction)** 📍 **Location:** Downtown Denver & Loveland 🕒 **Schedule:** Full-Time | Mon–Fri (occasional Sat) | 6–7 AM start | 8–10 hr days **_**Must be able to work at heights (on a swing stage, sometimes 200 ft. up in the air)**_** **🛠️ What You’ll Do** + Install & secure exterior metal wall panels on commercial buildings + Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages + Prep sites, tools, and materials + Load/unload materials & clean up site + Erect scaffolding & assist with material handling + Follow OSHA safety standards **✅ What You Bring** + Skilled with hand/power tools + Experience in construction, framing, sheet metal, or siding + Accurate tape measure use + Comfortable working at heights + Strong work ethic & attention to detail **⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred)** + OSHA 10/30 certified + ACM panel installation experience + Forklift/scaffolding experience + Waterproofing, caulking, demolition **📌 Other Requirements** + Own or get basic tools within 90 days + Work outdoors in all weather + Be reliable, punctual & a team player **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
