About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction and mission critical projects. This role is responsible for leading complex, high‑priority projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout every phase of construction.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects with a focus on mission critical and electrical scopes.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders.Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates.Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties.Drive continuous improvement and problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong background in electrical construction management.Proven ability to manage complex or large‑scale construction projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with mission critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.).Certifications such as PMP, CM, or electrical‑related credentials (preferred, not required).Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a fast‑paced, dynamic construction environment requiring ongoing collaboration with various internal and external teams. The ability to remain flexible, proactive, and solutions‑oriented is essential for success.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
