Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support inspection staff (RPRs and engineering personnel).Coordinate daily inspection activities and resolve field issues.Manage documentation, cost control, quality assurance, and communication processes.Participate in construction meetings and support project coordination efforts.Validate materials and ensure compliance with specifications.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local construction regulations and safety standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management10+ years of construction management experience5+ years of staff management experienceStrong understanding of bidding, estimating, and risk managementAbility to read/interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsValid driver’s license; ability to travel statewide

Nice to Have Qualifications

Water/Wastewater project experienceEngineering consulting experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseExperience with federally funded projectsExperience using Procore
