Key Responsibilities + Lead, mentor, and support inspection staff (RPRs and engineering personnel). + Coordinate daily inspection activities and resolve field issues. + Manage documentation, cost control, quality assurance, and communication processes. + Participate in construction meetings and support project coordination efforts. + Validate materials and ensure compliance with specifications. + Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local construction regulations and safety standards.
