They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop there pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Description: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to lead project-specific construction execution packages for a portfolio of fast-track hyperscale data center projects. This role will relieve the Director of Construction from execution burdens by directly managing contractors, coordinating activities, and driving field execution across multiple projects. The Construction Manager will ensure adherence to schedules, designs, and budgets while resolving field issues and coordinating logistics. Responsibilities: + Direct and manage construction execution for assigned projects across multiple sites. + Serve as the primary lead for general, trade, and specialty contractors. + Ensure alignment of construction activities with approved schedules, design intent, and budgets. + Lead contractor coordination meetings, holding them accountable for schedules, Client, and logistics. + Identify and address performance issues, escalating risks with mitigation plans. + Collaborate with Project Planning to manage schedules and drive recovery plans for deviations. + Resolve constructability issues with engineering and project management teams. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure construction readiness and smooth transitions to commissioning. + Provide timely field updates to the Director of Construction and project management teams. + Support executive site walks and briefings. Qualifications: + 12–20+ years of experience in construction management and field leadership roles. + Significant experience managing large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. + Proven success in coordinating multiple concurrent construction projects. + Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and field logistics. + Comfortable operating in fast-track, high-pressure environments. + Strongly preferred: Direct experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction, electrical and mechanical-heavy projects, and familiarity with design-build or EPC models. + Decisive, calm under pressure, with strong prioritization and time-management skills. + Effective communicator with a bias toward problem-solving in the field. Education & Certifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
