Construction Estimator – Tenant Improvement (TI)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Construction Estimator with 5+ years of experience in Tenant Improvement (TI) to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating TI projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate estimates, efficient execution, and successful delivery of high-quality commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial TI projects ($100K+).Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs.Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and material takeoffs.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.Understand and apply local building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in Tenant Improvement estimating.Proven ability to manage $100K+ commercial TI projects.Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials specific to TI.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Work with a well-established general contractor with a long-standing reputation.Join a team with 91% employee satisfaction and a strong culture of retention.31% of employees have been with the company for 20+ years.Clear path for career growth into sr leadership.Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term stability.
