\n\t\t\t\t\tPlan, organize, and coordinate projects in the Tenant Improvement space.\nPlanning and coordinating a job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.\nParticipate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs.\nAssist in developing project schedules and phasing plans.\nFamiliarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.\nManage $100k + Jobs\nTrade or Education experience is ok
