Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Operations Construction team supporting project delivery and site management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and coordinate multiple on-site construction projects for data center operations.
+ Oversee daily field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
+ Review and approve project plans, schedules, and procurement processes.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project success.
+ Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to verify work quality and compliance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in data centers or similar facilities.
+ Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar tools.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work onsite in Northlake, IL, with full PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
