Our client, a leading technology infrastructure provider, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 to join their team.
As a Construction Project Manager 4, you will be part of the Real Estate & Facilities department supporting the Data Center Construction and Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Manager – Data Center Projects
Location: San Antonio, TX 78245
Pay Range: $63/hr. – $68/hr.
What’s the Job?
+ Oversee daily construction activities onsite to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including lessor construction, internal design, engineering, and operations.
+ Lead weekly project sync meetings and track construction progress and deliverables.
+ Conduct and document weekly site visits with detailed reporting.
+ Ensure vendor contract adherence to weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables.
What’s Needed?
+ 5–7 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in data center or infrastructure environments.
+ Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to advocate for site-wide safety practices.
+ Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and risk management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project for scheduling and reporting.
+ Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
