Job responsibilities
* Analyze and review construction documents to assess project viability, ensuring alignment with loan terms and risk policies.
* Monitor project progress from initiation to closeout, identifying and escalating any potential issues that may impact the property.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, bankers, design professionals, and third-party consultants, to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Apply knowledge of construction materials, methods, standard practices, and building codes to effectively manage commercial, multi-family, and residential construction loans.
* Contribute to business review processes and resiliency efforts, utilizing critical thinking and strategic planning skills to drive continuous improvement.
