**Job Title: Construction Maintenance**
Job Description
The qualified candidate will be responsible for using hand and power tools to repair various aspects of offices, including flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows.
Responsibilities
+ Repair office flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows using hand and power tools.
+ Perform tasks involving electrical work, construction, drywall installation, and painting.
+ Engage in remodeling and construction tasks.
+ Handle flooring and plumbing repairs.
+ Conduct carpentry and sheetrock work.
+ Perform HVAC and mechanical tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical, construction, and drywall tasks.
+ Experience in painting, remodeling, and flooring.
+ Skilled in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
+ Knowledge of HVAC systems and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in facilities maintenance.
+ Experience in HVAC and mechanical work.

Work Environment
The work environment includes both outdoor and indoor settings. The position is for the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a guaranteed 4 months of temporary work, with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OKC, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
