Role Overview

Join a top provider of temporary space solutions as a hands-on Construction Worker focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining modular trailers and portable offices. You’ll ensure every unit is safe, functional, and ready for customer deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and execute repairs on modular trailers, office units, and portable buildingsHandle light carpentry, framing, finish work, and flooring repairsConduct basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and repairsPaint, caulk, and seal to maintain structural integrity and aestheticsInspect HVAC systems; replace filters and complete basic maintenanceAssist with trailer “check-in/out” inspections to assess damage and document repair needsOperate yard equipment and company vehicles safely for deliveries and relocationsMaintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for service tasksAdhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized yard

Qualifications

High school diploma or GEDExperience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, or HVAC preferredAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyClear communication skills and a customer-service mindsetValid driver’s license with clean driving recordBasic computer skills for logging service details and tracking inventory

Compensation & Benefits

Pay and Benefits
