Job Description
The Production Team Member plays a hands-on role in the manufacturing of precast concrete products. This position involves preparing forms, placing rebar, pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and ensuring products meet quality specifications. Responsibilities
Assist in daily production of precast concrete components.Set up, clean, and prepare concrete forms and molds.Place and tie rebar, inserts, and reinforcement materials.Pour, consolidate, and finish concrete according to specifications.Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment.Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.Essential Skills
Experience with concrete, general labor, and construction tasks.Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50–75 lbs.Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment (indoors/outdoors, varying temperatures).Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Basic math and measurement skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes both indoors and outdoors settings, with exposure to all weather conditions. It is a fast-paced, hands-on production setting with exposure to concrete materials, dust, noise, and outdoor conditions. Employees will stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. The Barneveld site is small, with a team size of 4-10 people. The dress code requires work pants and steel toe boots. The work hours are from 7am to 4 or 5pm, Monday through Friday. PPE, including steel toe boots, is provided.
