**Job Title: Construction Laborer - Paving** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately! We are seeking skilled paving laborers with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. You will initially meet at the office in Gorham before heading to various job sites. The focus will be on paving for commercial properties and non-highway roadways. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Participate in paving projects for commercial parking lots and non-highway road construction. + Utilize strong mechanical abilities to enhance project outcomes. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. + Maintain high-quality standards in all construction tasks. + Engage actively in learning opportunities to grow within the company. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 to 2 years of paving labor experience. + Strong mechanical ability. + Ability to lift standard weights of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 70 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial paving and sidewalks. + Willingness to learn and grow with the company. + Ability to work up to 10 hours per day during peak season. **Why Work Here?** This is a 100% employee-owned company that takes pride in its no-politics, family-oriented environment.
