Construction Laborer/Finishers - Per Diem, Weekly Pay
**Job Title: Concrete Laborer/Finisher** **Pay: $20-$34, depending on experience (With an additional** **$830/week in per diem if you live 75+ miles away from Noblesville, Indiana)** **Jobsite Location: Noblesville, Indiana** **Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10-hour days and a ton of OT!** **Job Description** As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for the production activities involved in creating underground concrete duct bank boxes. You will be assigned different roles throughout the process, contributing to the efficient setup and assembly of these structures. **Responsibilities** + Set up and tie in rebar, preparing it for the next station. + Assist with creating forms, including cutting and measuring materials. + Clean and oil forms before and after each assembly. + Assist with concrete pouring, ensuring correct positioning and handling vibrating tools to settle concrete. + Finish concrete once the box is complete and begins to cure. + Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including broom work, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction and general labor. + Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. + Capability to lift 50 pounds or more to or near head level. + Ability to carry materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Concrete experience in residential or commercial settings. + Possession of OSHA 10 certification or any other relevant certifications is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity for overtime in a Monday to Saturday schedule, 10 hour shifts.
